May 2023 Product Updates Live Streaming Updates Spring is in full swing, so we're planting the seeds of a vibrant, interactive community with a long list of live-stream feature updates. Get the full experience with the latest version of the app, including live chat for Android and chat badges displayed in the iPhone! For those of you waiting for a Streamyard integration, Live Stream API is coming soon! Boost Engagement and Interactivity: Emotes and Badges - Channel owners can upload up to 50 emotes to their channel (soon!), including exclusive ones only available to channel subs. Chat badges are also available. Check out our full list of chat badges ranging from creators and supporters to Rumble staff.  Chat Upgrades We’re listening to your needs and now have a pop-out chat, hyperlinks, and chat moderation. (Keyword blocklists are coming soon as well as the ability to comment and participate in chat as your channel name, giving you more networking opportunities for brand visibility.)  Live Stream Categories - When going live you can now select a category so your stream can be featured on the respective category pages faster, getting you more eyeballs on your stream.  Theater Mode with Chat Docking - Click the new icon at the top right of the live chat to set the video player into theater mode and the chat dock, which will also go into full-screen mode. Custom Username Color - Users in the chat can now customize the color of their usernames by visiting the new Chat Settings page. Increase Monetization: Mobile In-App Rants - In May your community can purchase a rant directly from their iPhone or Android app! Monthly Subs - Foster a community of super fans with top visibility, priority access to creators, and exclusive chat emotes, only for monthly subscribers. For $5 a month, a sub can proudly wear a badge next to their username in chat to show their support and get access to your exclusive emotes.  High-Quality Streaming - Super high-quality streaming and low latency are now available on Rumble. To enable, check the box when you fire up your stream. Your community will appreciate a higher-quality product. Perks and Promotion We also have new ways for you to promote your Locals community and offer your supporters benefits. Create discount codes to entice new members. Want to personalize your campaign? Add a custom image to the landing page for your promos. You can even do a giveaway since we are releasing the ability to collect mailing addresses from your community members.
